Butternut Squash and Cod Soup by Khashayar Parsi
Ingredients
1 small butternut squash
1 medium onion
4 Tbs coconut oil
4 Tbs unsalted butter
1 Tbs turmeric
2 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground saffron
1 Tbs of white sugar
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground chili pepper
