How did multiple major holidays get butted up against the new year? Are you as overwhelmed as I am to resist Auld Lang Syne’s annual review? Fortunately, when it comes to my novels (about them here), querying produced some literary agent nibbles that I’m waiting to find out about.

- Guilt and shame can either spell doom, or become springboards for positive change.
- Luckily, much of what I wish for never comes true.
- Conditioner works better than soap on very dry days.
- Scouring my doggie’s teeth with a textured thin cloth is easier and more effective than using a doggie toothbrush and toothpaste.
- Listen, listen, listen to my own body, heart, and mind. Listen to people who listen to me.
