Ingredients
2 pounds grated carrots
2 cups regular white sugar
2 cups white flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
Topping
2 cups greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 farenheit degrees.
